International artist application – GHOST STORY III

If you are an international artist, fashion label or content creator from a country outside of Benelux and the D-A-CH region (sorry guys), you can apply for a sponsored booth at KAIDAN 2026.

We will select three international artists who will receive a free booth at KAIDAN 2026.

During the application process, you can also indicate whether you would still like to participate at your own cost in case you are not selected for a sponsored booth.

A sponsored table means you do not have to pay for your booth, chairs and tickets. You will have to pay for travel and hotel yourself. We will gladly assist you with your booking and getting to the venue!

Price per table is 150 euro incl. VAT. A table is ca. 180 x 80 cm and includes 1 ticket and 1 chair. Further chairs and extra tickets can be booked at a later time.
